Helping ADHD minds turn

potential into progress

My story…

A smiling man wearing sunglasses, a dark suit with a boutonniere, white shirt, and black shoes standing outdoors on a gravel path.

Kia ora, I'm Harry. I've spent over 10 years in education - as a Science Teacher, and as Dean of Year 13 and Year 9. My science background and pastoral leadership showed me just how differently people learn, think, and process the world.

I noticed a pattern: some of the most creative, intelligent, and capable students weren't struggling because they lacked ability. They were struggling with organisation, focus, and consistency - and not knowing how to work with their own brain. I saw it from the front of the classroom, and heard just as much about it from parents dealing with the same thing at home.

That gap is what drew me into ADHD, neuroscience, and behaviour change. I am fascinated by how attention, motivation, habits, and learning are shaped by the brain - and how small changes in the right environment can unlock huge potential.

It's personal, too - I was diagnosed with ADHD myself. Drawing on my experience in educational leadership, my BSc in Biology, and my own diagnosis, I've built a practical, science-informed approach to coaching. I help ADHD teens understand how their brain works, build systems that fit them, and help them reach their potential.

If your child isn't yet showing everything they're capable of, I'd love to help them get there.
